Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka in 3–5 business days. A flat shipping fee applies to each order, and orders above our free-shipping threshold ship at no extra cost — the exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of any order from My Account → Orders.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
